La Chevre d’Or — a hotel with many secrets. Its heart is a medieval castle, renovated in the 1920s, but most of the rooms are located in the old stone houses surrounding the castle. In fact, the hotel owns a third of the historic houses of Eze.

La Chevre d Or also has its own garden — with terraces, deer statues and a fountain with dolphins: the atmosphere is absolutely idyllic, and it pulls you to spend a few morning hours here with a volume of Fitzgerald or with your favorite book by Peter Mail.
Since all the rooms are, in fact, apartments in old houses, none of them is like the other, neither in architecture nor decor, but almost all of them offer crazy views of the sea: in the morning you wake up thinking that you have learned to fly.
In addition to the luxurious rooms, views and garden, the hotel has four restaurants, and the main one has been awarded two Michelin stars.
