You can only use mobile phones in your room, but to be honest, you get used to them pretty soon. Fortunately, you will have to master the path to enlightenment and purification in the scenery of the former palace of Queen Valiya Tampuratti, which was built at the end of the XIX century.
Individual work is carried out with each patient at Kalari Kovilakom. Every day is not like the previous one, although some moments remain unchanged: for example, getting up at half past five and morning yoga practice. In the first days, the doctors of the center get acquainted with your body, determine exactly your dosha — even the selection of water that will be delivered to your room daily depends on it.
You gradually immerse yourself in the healing process with the help of yoga, meditation, oil massages, taking infusions and decoctions, changes in nutrition and communication with the guru. At first, you may feel very tired — the body needs strength to get used to the new regime, but at some point you will feel how sharpness is brought to the world and your body becomes a source of joy for you. The ultimate goal of all Ayurvedic procedures and courses is to restore energy balance, and this, in turn, gives a surge of strength, healing from diseases and, most importantly, the ability to enjoy every moment of life.
