Singita Sasakwa Lodge

Singita Sasakwa Lodge, Singita s flagship and Tanzania s most glamorous safari camp, spans 350,000 acres on the hillside of private Westerner Singita Grumeti with endless views of the plains of the Serengeti Valley.
- Luxury Colonial Estate
- Panoramic Savannah View< br>Equestrian Center
The lodge is built in the style of a stately Edwardian manor house with nine private cottages and a villa, each with its own infinity pool. The stylish interiors are reminiscent of an elegant colonial-era safari hunter s home: silver candelabra, antique furniture, Persian rugs, antique books and maps; a collection of artifacts blends seamlessly with modern touches from South African design gurus Cecile & Boyd.
The hotel restaurant sets a special atmosphere, inviting guests to gather for a meal under silver candelabra and share impressions by the fireplace. The food selection here is absolutely tempting, from sweet fruit salads, French pastries, eggs Benedict and light snacks to gourmet tasting menus. Tea is traditionally served in English Wedgwood china: another detail of the colonial era and a hint of aristocracy in the midst of a wild world.
The highlight of the hotel is the wine cellar with a rich collection collected by the respected sommelier Francois Rautenbach from the best private stocks across the continent, including exclusive varieties and rare auction wines.
