Architect and hotel co-owner Giagkos Agiostratitis designed the hotel, whose design is shrouded in neutral, warm beige and light tones in symbiosis with stone and wood finishes.

At the luxurious Malabar Restaurant, award-winning chef Panagiotis Giakalis shares his gastronomic expertise and mastery of creating dishes that are sure to delight even the most discerning palates. This is the evolution and convergence of Greek and ethnic cuisines using natural products from our own farm. On warm summer evenings, the restaurant transforms into a candlelit fairy tale in a romantic atmosphere around the illuminated pool, olive trees and bougainvillea, while the dinner menu takes on a more Mediterranean flair. Enjoy a relaxed and fun environment created by great lounge music and refreshing cocktails.
Malabar InHouse has a stunning setting to warm up the cold nights. Venetian crystal chandeliers and rich reds and browns complement the sophisticated bar. Classic cocktails and winter favorites malt whiskey, mulled wine and full-bodied wines complete the winter drinks list.
